Efficient Algorithms for Robust and Partial Semi-Discrete Optimal Transport

We relate robust and partial variants of optimal transport (OT), introduce novel characterizations of their solutions in the semi-discrete setting, and develop two algorithms for these variants of semi-discrete OT.
