ConStellaration: A dataset of QI-like stellarator plasma boundaries and optimization benchmarks

We release a dataset of diverse QI-like stellarator boundary shapes with corresponding VMEC equilibria and performance metrics and define three plasma boundary optimization benchmarks with reference code and baselines.
