EnzyControl: Adding Functional and Substrate-Specific Control for Enzyme Backbone Generation

We propose EnzyControl, a method that integrates a lightweight, modular component into a pretrained motif-scaffolding model to enable functional and substrate-specific control over enzyme backbone generation.
