HyperMARL: Adaptive Hypernetworks for Multi-Agent RL

We propose an agent-conditioned hypernetwork (HyperMARL) that enables adaptive cooperation in MARL by decoupling observation- and agent-conditioned gradients, resolving a key interference problem caused by coupling agent IDs with observations.
